- Ensure they have rights to any content, logos, fonts, music, and materials provided.
5. Revisions and Approvals
- Revision rounds (if included) are based on the agreed scope and deliverables.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
- Delays in approvals may delay delivery dates.
6. Payments
- Payment terms are specified in the quote, invoice, or agreement.
- For many projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
- Late payments may pause delivery until balances are cleared.
7. Intellectual Property
- Unless agreed otherwise, final deliverables transfer to the Client after full payment is received.
- We may use non-confidential work for portfolio/promotion unless you request written confidentiality.
- Third-party assets (stock, fonts, plugins) may require separate licenses under their own terms.
8. Confidentiality
If you share sensitive information, we treat it as confidential. For full confidentiality terms,
a separate NDA may be required for certain projects.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
- If a project is cancelled after work begins, completed work time may be chargeable.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started (depending on scope and progress).
- Digital services are generally not refundable after delivery of work output.
10. Service Availability and Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Delays may occur due to changes in scope, delayed client feedback,
or factors outside our control.
11. Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website
will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability
